When We Have Received Your Application

• We will try to assess it within 20 working days.

• We will write to you with the result of the assessment.

• If you have been accepted, the letter will include:
  • Your reference number;
  • The date you applied;
  • The band your application has been put in and
  • The type and size of house/flat you are eligible for.

This letter is important.  Please do not lose it.

• The letter will also tell you how to bid for your new home.

• Every year we will contact applicants who have not made any bids in the last 12 months.  We will ask them if they still want to be on the Register.
