Choosing and Bidding

Every two weeks we publish a list of available properties. You may bid for a maximum of three rented properties and any number of Shared Ownership properties per cycle.  If you are succesful for more than one property you will be asked to indicate which one you want to be offered.  You will not be offered more than one property at a time.

If you find the process of bidding hard to understand, we will arrange help for you.
